Vision

Our vision is to create a more inclusive nation of empowered individuals, families, and other social eco-systems.

Mission

Our purpose is to deliver a tangible impact on the lives of PWDs & underserved communities.

Team

Our energized team of partners and happiness interns work collaboratively to make a difference.

In For The Cause is a platform to raise awareness and enable support services that help those marginalized in our society.

As the world around us becomes more polarized, there is an increasing need to ensure inclusion across all sections of society. Socio-cultural inhibitions and lack of knowledge hold us back from embracing those who appear different. It is this barrier that we at In For the Cause want to break.

There are countless stories of how people with different abilities and belonging to different social backgrounds have accomplished things far greater than what was expected of them by society or even their own families.

We want to help provide equal opportunities to all disadvantaged segments so that they can attain their full potential.

In For the Cause is an initiative of the Awareness for Inclusion Foundation and has been incorporated as a Section 8 company (not for profit) in India under the Companies Act, 2013.

Our Advisors

Coach Ravinder Singh

Advisor

Ravinder Singh, popularly known as Coach, is the catalyst behind creating the most revolutionary running environments in India. A marathoner, fitness coach and mentor to the budding running enthusiasts, it is befitting to call him the ‘thinking machine’ in the world of Running.

It’s not just because he championed the art of inspiring masses towards the journey of fitness and running. It’s because of his humble – determined – innovative attitude towards bringing ‘Running’ to the most unexpected and average household in Delhi, NCR and beyond.
He strongly believes that running events, like marathons, are the only places one will find equality and inclusivity at the same time. Because at the start and finish lines you, the college student, the CEO and the people from the nearest village are all the same. They are just talking to each other about running.

Running builds a sense of community and camaraderie, rather than competition. Ravinder hopes to help grow this community as much he can.

The team continues to work towards their goal of Million Trees Gurgaon (one of the flagship campaigns) by planting local native species in the city.

As a result of her work with iamgurgaon, Latika was conferred with the inaugural Nari Shakti Award by the President of India in 2015. She has also been awarded an appreciation award by the Government of Haryana in 2010, the L’Oréal Femina Women of Substance in 2014 and the Most Powerful Women in Social Sector by Business Today in 2018.
